Mario Maurer's Horror Flick to be shown in the Philippines

Asian Teen Obsession Mario Maurer has to arrive in the Philippine soil either this month or next month. His much anticipated arrival is heat up with his movie to be shown in the country this week. His horror movie "Bangkok Ghost Stories" (Rahtree Reborn) will be shown in local cinemas on September 7, 2011. He played a boy who fell in love with a dead girl.

Here is the synopsis of the movie:

Surrounded by tranquility of the apartment, a horrible spirit in the room 609 is lurking, and going to be awaken. This time the terrors are triplex.

It is time for Oscar apartment to renovate after the death of the former owner. Now, it’s J’Sam who takes over the whole business and stealthily turns the third floor into an illegal casino. Meanwhile, Rang, a handsome guy who has a job as horror cartoonist moves in for a personal reason. As Rang has a supernatural ability to see ghost, he finally meets Buppha, a mysterious girl who lives in the room 609. Soon, He falls in love with her.

When love is blind, Rang isn’t aware that his crush indeed is the haunting and dangerous spirit that he needs to avoid. But he is too late when his sweet dream turns to nightmare as Buppha is now on the rage again.

And the bloody horror love story begins…..

Gerald Anderson's Dream Girl

It seems that Gerald Anderson has found a new girl in his life. A new video advertisement was spread around the web seeing the young actor totally attached to a new girl. This girl looks has a Asian features and beautiful face. In the video, Gerald entered a room and sat in the couch. The next sequence was young actor text-ed the mysterious young pretty girl to watch a movie. The actor kissed a frame with a photo of this young girl on it. The following scene was seeing Gerald preparing for his date with this lady. Driving along the road, she saw her pretty date in Maybelline New York's billboard ad. The billboard hast he headline of 'From Simple Lang - To Superstar!' The Gerald was heard saying "That's my girl". The the final scene was Gerald entered a house with bunch of flowers, and when the door opens Gerald was heard saying "Hey Gorgeous".




Who is the pretty lady Gerald Anderson is being busy with. Is this his new romantic partner - Philippines, prepare your self!! The gorgeous Asian lady is Thai Actress Baifern Pimchanok, popularly known as 'Nam' in Thai movie 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love'.

Film Review - "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" Thai Film

I want you to go back to your highschool days. Go back to the memories of your first romance, your true friendship, your first kiss, and first success. Highschool days are the most memorable memories we have in our lives. In this stage of our life, we meet different people; different faces with different stories. We learned to value education and relationship with each other around us. This period our our life is the preparation for adulthood and more mature responsibilities.

The story of the movie 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love' revolves around Nam (Baifern), a plain-looking, dark-skinned school girl who has a crush with Shone (Mario Maurer), an older Grade 10 guy. Chon is a photography enthusiast and a popular student in their school. However, he is often teased by some of his schoolmates because his father didn't score the penalty kick and made their province lose in a national football cup. But that doesn't change the fact that a lot of girls in their school are going crazy over him, including Nam. However, Nam is well aware that she is not the prettiest of the bunch, but she doesn't give up easily. With help from her close girl friends, Nam tries everything to make herself more beautiful and outstanding in school, hoping that Shone would like her someday. One day, her teacher asked what is the meaning of 'inspiration'? Then on that day, Nam used her feelings for Shone as an inspiration to achieve and excel in everyway she can. 


Nam wanted to with her father who is working in USA, and the only way she can be there is to be the top 1 and her father will petition her to be there. Her love story with Shone were not thrown in trash because at the end of the film, their love found its own way to be with each other again.

The story of the movie is so romantically moving. The character of Sudarat Budtporm (Teacher Inn) is very remarkable. She is one of my favorite character and she add up the light for this movie. And who would have ever can resist the charm of ever handsome Mario Maurer and the prettiness of Baifern. Since then I have watched this film, I feel in love with Thai Movies. I would like to recomend this to everyone who loves romantic comedy movie. And to those hopeless romantic people. Pirated CD is around the metro but I dont encourage you to support piracy.
