Today’s Music is 99 percent Pop/RnB and 99 percent ‘Porn’

Yes. Today’s top music is accumulated by 99 percent of ‘Pornography’.  Not just on the visual perception but even to the words used in the songs.  I am not slashing the names of these musicians but I am the type of listener that keeps the values that are important in the modern world. I am also guilty of listening to these genres of songs. I sometimes plunged my ears with music that speaks about ‘sex’ and other bad influences. But I give myself a thinking time whether to absorb this or not. There were even a time that I was influenced by various artist and look up to them as Gods and Goddesses. But I was wrong. I admit it.

In this generation, ‘pornography’ and ‘violence’ is easily accessible thru vast access to the web. Pop stars thru their music may have poisoned the minds of the young audiences. Parents and guardians might have not noticed it but these chart topping hits contains words and lyrics not suitable for little listeners. I will give few examples:

In Bruno Mars’ chart top hit ‘The Lazy Song’ lyrics;

Tomorrow I'll Wake Up Do Some P90X
Meet A Really Nice Girl Have Some Really Nice Sex
She's Gonna Scream Out "This Is Great!" (Oh My God! This Is Great!)

He mentioned there about having a casual sex and loving it. Imagine a 4 year old boy singing this song, at first you wouldn’t notice it but as he continues to sing it, observing that he will do actions pertaining about ‘sex’ as it was shown in the music video. I remember one instance that my niece aged 6 and 8 sung this song. As they reached the part of ‘having sex’, one asked me about what is ‘sex’? I couldn’t explain to these kids how to explain it in a way that they would understand. I ended up telling them that ‘sex’ is an interaction between two people in loved with each other. Imagine a kid aged that young interrogate about sex.

Lady Gaga and her Imagery on Kids

Lady Gaga has ever been controversial since she started in the industry. She sings undertones of violence are as obvious as the sex. Her hits are much too much alike to what she wanted to impose to her listeners. Bad Romance contains bondage and grotesque sexual violence; Paparazzi is particularly tasteless with its references to death and disability; while Alejandro is full of jackboots, bondage and menace — culminating in a hideous gang-attack/rape on a nun-type figure.

She excuses herself for having theatrical concept to her products, no matter that the choreography is repetitive — all crotch-clutching, writhing and open-mouthed suggestiveness. On her top hit ‘Love Game’ she sang a song with lyrics:

‘Let’s have some fun, this beat is sick/I wanna take a ride on your disco stick.’

Lady Gaga integrates in her videos, photos and shows imagery that refers to the Illuminati and mind control. Her symbolism is deep, mysterious and even spiritual yet she makes song like “Just Dance” which is about being totally numb. This ironic aspect of Lady Gaga is something that deserves to be analyzed and understood. While masses of young people imitate Gaga’s gestures, her act is part of a bigger system that incorporates many other stars with the same symbolism.

In her other hit ‘Alejandro’, ever wonder who is she pertains to be Alejandro? A man she is cheating on with Roberto and Fernando? All possibilities, the song is not quite clear about that. The concept of rejecting God as he does not seem to satisfy Gaga’s spiritual needs. She then decides to seek godhood herself by embracing a new type of spirituality. It seems to me the nun becomes a Luciferian priestess.

The rosary is a set of beads used in Catholic tradition for prayer and meditation. By swallowing the rosary, Gaga incorporates within her a symbol of religious devotion because 1) it is shocking and would get media attention 2) represents Gaga seeking to obtain godhood by her own means. We have here a symbolic representation of the tenets of Luciferianism, which is the drive to attain divinity by one own means.

If you have any worries about the humiliating point of popular pop videos you should look ‘Love The Way You Lie’ by Eminem with Rihanna. This song is an obvious glamorization of domestic violence. The video shows a gorgeous girl and a rough-looking guy locked into a harsh relationship, hitting each other, making up with lingering kisses, only to resort to aggression once more.

There are hundreds of songs that contain subliminal messages, whether it would be violence, sex and anything that comes in between. Let us be more vigilant to take time to review and analyze the music and shows that our kids are listening or watching to. We should regulate the music that they are listening and teach them to value good music.

To the singers and song-writers, would it be a waste of time to write songs that are clean and less violent? Please take consideration of the fact that a large percentage of your audience and listeners are aged 4-17. Being controversial doesn’t mean to silly, yet being outstanding and pessimist in every way possible.
